Paleo Five-O: Gallery of Regrettable Food

From time to time I visit James Lilek's 'Gallery of Regrettable Food' to see if there's anything new. One of my favorite's is 'Vegetable's in All Their Glory'. Not for the weak of stomach.

Welcome to Paleo Five-O.

My husband and I are slightly over 50, and we've been eating Paleo / Primal since April, 2010. Eating has become more fun and adventurous than ever, and some of the meals we've created have been both delicious and beautiful to behold. So, I wanted to share some of them, as well as our experiences, here.

As Paleo / Primal eating is not an exact science, and much of what we're doing goes against so-called conventional nutritional wisdom, we've been reading lots of books and blogs, trying to learn as much as we can.

But what we do know is that we've both lost weight, feel great, and we are not hungry! Jay has lost 50 pounds and I've lost 30.
